It is suitable for copper, iron, aluminum, and stainless steel work pieces processing within 600mm*500mm. The operation is compatible with market universal machining centers and supports functions such as drilling, tapping, milling, and carving. Multiple patented technologies such as high rigidity and anti deformation structure are adopted, it is suitable for processing stainless steel parts with tapping within 8mm and drilling within 10mm. Due to its small area occupancy, it is convenient for one person to manage multiple machines, improving per capita output efficiency and reducing processing costs.

 

On the basis of model YS-650 (small CNC gantry machining center), a 4-axis rotary stage can be added to achieve the function of completing multi sided three-dimensional machining with one clamping. It is widely used in the production of molds that require drilling, tapping, or three-dimensional carving on multiple surfaces.

 

Besides, YS-650 small CNC gantry machining center can support up to 10 work station tool magazines on the basis of processing the outer shaft.

2. How can I choose the most suitable machines ? Answer: Please tell me your specifications, we can choose the best model for you, or you can choose the exact model. You can also send us the product drawings, we will choose the most suitable machines for you.

 

3. Can I place Metalworking samples orders?

Answer: Yes. Please feel free to contact us.

 

4. What is your lead time?

Answer: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship 1-2 machine in 30 working days ; For more than 3 machines, about 35 working days.

 

5. What is your payment term?

Answer: T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance Order Service, other payment term need to be discussed.

 

6. What is the shipping method?

Answer: Machine order shipped by sea or land transportation ; Metalworking samples by express (EMS/UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

 

7. What is the form of after-sales service?

Answer: a. Warranty is one yearJust for parts. There is no visiting repairing, We offer video support and send the parts for repairing.

 

-b. Sample making shall be conducted before order if required, i.e. the buyer shall pay the sample making fees first.

 

-c. Manufacturer shall do the testing and commissioning for the goods before shipment.

 

-d. After shipment, buyer can go to local maintenance if technical issues occurred (Manufacturer will be responsible for sending spare parts if buyer need. )

 

-e. Spare parts such as belt, chuck, screw & nuts, hydraulic oil, working lighting, cutting tool, etc are not under warranty scope.
